Your Cutout, Doing Something

RingBar wraps a Ring or a Bar around your camera cutout and uses it to show live battery level or real-time download progress, whichever you’d rather glance at. It’s not a new screen or a widget you have to go find, it’s already exactly where your eyes land when you look at your phone.

Setup is a short calibration step where RingBar fits the ring precisely to your phone’s actual cutout shape, since no two devices have quite the same camera placement or size. Once that’s done, you pick colors, size, and a preset from the gallery, and it’s ready.

No Root, No Snooping

RingBar reads battery and download state through Android’s accessibility tools, without root access and without ever reading your notification content or what’s on your screen. It only needs to know system state, battery percentage, download progress, nothing else.
